Irons: The big debate
Do you prefer the look of a blade or a game-improvement iron? For many of us, the iron we WANT to put in the bag is different from the one that we NEED to play better golf.
Equipment
This is one of our favourite times of year, as we can see so many of you, inspired by The Masters, out there playing golf over the long weekend. We always love seeing golfers getting excited for the new season!
Seeing you all out on the course actually got us wondering: How many golfers are getting the most out of their irons? Since our most recent survey says that over 34% of players have irons that are more than five years old, we’re going to guess that a lot of you could be getting much more from them!
Cobra’s new LTDx irons for 2022 are the perfect example of just how much new irons can propel your game forward. The combination of a PWRSHELL forged face and speed-tuned weighting gives you more distance than your current irons when you catch the ball just right and more forgiveness for those slip-ups.
However, if you’re already a pretty confident ball striker and you’re simply looking to get your iron-play even more dialled-in, Cobra offers the King Forged Tec irons; sleek, compact models that allow elite players to get ultra-precise and enjoy their most aggressive, successful iron-play ever.
If either of these iron models jump out at you, you’ll be glad to know they’re both available in Cobra’s unique ‘ONE Length’ design. To find out more about either iron range, or about how ONE Length technology can help you, simply click below or pay us a visit in the pro shop.
