Looe Golf Club hosts the Ryder Cup!

64 players took part in our version of the Ryder Cup which saw the Celtic Team up against England. This was a fun event which raised in the region of £400 for Alzheimer's Research. The end result saw the Celts win by 14 points to 7. We hope everyone enjoyed themselves and we hope to run a similar event in the near future.

Congratulations!

The men's re-arranged February Stableford took place on Sunday in warm and sunny conditions. Apparently course knowledge was more important than a good golf swing as greenkeeping duo, Mat Edwards and Stephen Allman, both finished on 40 points. Fortunately for Mat he hadn't peaked too soon and managed to beat Stephen on countback.
